Agreement to Terms

By accessing veduvv.com and engaging with our specialized language programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vedu VV, headquartered at Jl. Braga No. 23, Bandung.

Execution of our online services or physical attendance within our Bandung facility implies full consent to these regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these conditions, you must discontinue the use of our digital platforms and services immediately.

Instruction & Enrollment

Vedu VV provides structured English instruction. Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and completion of our internal placement assessment. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual whose conduct disrupts the educational environment or violates the spirit of our school.

Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.
Tuition fees are non-refundable after the second attended hour of instruction.
Instructional materials provided are exclusively for registered students.

All content published on veduvv.com—including curriculum syllabi, instructional methods, proprietary linguistics research, photography, and text—is the exclusive property of Vedu VV. Any unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of these materials is strictly prohibited and protected under Indonesian and international copyright law.

Liability Limitations

Vedu VV makes no warranties regarding the specific timeframes for linguistic mastery, as individual progress varies. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or inability to attend scheduled sessions due to external factors beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or the use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bandung, West Java.
